Contracts concluded through the website aulamater.it fall under the category of distance selling contracts, between Azienda Agricola Gabrielli Mauro with registered office at Via Bosco, 39 Medolla 41036 (MO) VAT ID and Tax Code No. 01078810361 and the Consumer, and have as their object the sale of products through telematic selection on the website https://aulamater.it/. The sale is governed by these Conditions, which must be considered an integral and substantial part of the sales contract. Therefore, the Customer is invited to read the sales conditions carefully before placing an order. Azienda Agricola Gabrielli Mauro reserves the right to update these sales conditions at any time, also for any regulatory adjustments and changes, and the changes will be effective from the date of publication on the website https://aulamater.it. The submission of the telematic order completed in the appropriate section of the website by the Customer constitutes acceptance of the sales conditions in force at that time and serves as an expression of consent to the purchase, thereby finalizing the sales contract.
A. MANAGEMENT OF PURCHASE ORDERS
The management of purchase orders takes place according to the following stages:
The Customer submits the completed order in the designated section of the website.
Acceptance of the order by Azienda Agricola Gabrielli Mauro is transmitted to the Customer via email, containing the main information and the quantity of the ordered product, its price, payment methods, shipping method, and associated cost, shipping address, and billing details.
Acceptance and processing of the order will only occur after payment has been credited.
In the event that the quantity of ordered products exceeds the availability of Azienda Agricola Gabrielli Mauro, the Customer will be promptly informed via email, allowing them to choose whether to replace the missing product, modify, or cancel the order without any charge. Azienda Agricola Gabrielli Mauro will refund any overpaid amount to the Customer if applicable.

B. SALES PRICES AND INVOICING
The prices of products displayed on the website are expressed in € (Euros), inclusive of VAT and any other applicable taxes, containers, and packaging. Shipping costs are not included. Any promotions related to the selling price and/or shipping costs are valid only during the period of publication on the website. Payment of the price can only be made in € (Euros), and amounts will be invoiced in € (Euros) only. The invoice will be sent to the Customer at the email address provided during the ordering process. The option to enter a VAT identification number is available.

D. PAYMENT METHODS

Shipment will only be processed after notification of payment receipt by the bank.
E. SHIPPING
The shipment of the purchased items will occur on the next working day following the receipt of the order. Delivery of the ordered products will be made to the shipping address provided by the Customer during the order completion phase. Depending on the destination area, deliveries may take place within a timeframe ranging from 2 to 10 days, barring any unforeseen circumstances. To ensure timely delivery, it is recommended to provide an address where couriers will definitely find someone for delivery and a telephone number for easy contact. The user acknowledges that the collection of the Product is a specific obligation arising from the purchase contract. In case of non-delivery due to the recipient's absence at the address specified in the order form, the courier will leave a note to certify the delivery attempt (so-called delivery notice). The note will indicate the phone number that the user must contact to request the courier to make a subsequent delivery attempt.
The user may specify an alternative shipping address to the billing address and indicate if it is a gift package. Azienda Agricola Gabrielli Mauro reserves the right to use other carriers and/or different delivery methods. In such cases, the change will be specified during the purchase process.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country and the quantity of the purchased product. They are calculated automatically, and the exact amount can be verified during the order process directly in the virtual shopping cart.
Shipping costs within Italy are a flat rate of €11.00.
Shipping costs to foreign countries vary depending on the destination and the weight of the product, starting from a minimum of €19.00.
For delivery to countries not included in the list, the Customer is kindly requested to contact the company at acetaia@aulamater.it to inquire about feasibility, costs, delivery times, and shipping methods. The goods must be inspected at the time of delivery, and any damage must be reported to the courier.
F. RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (pursuant to Legislative Decree 06/09/2005 no. 206)
In the event that the Customer is not satisfied with the purchased products, they may exercise their right of withdrawal by sending a communication via registered mail with return receipt to Azienda Agricola Gabrielli Mauro with registered office at Via Bosco, 39 Medolla 41036 (MO), VAT ID and Tax Code No. 01078810361, Italy, within 14 days from the receipt of the purchased products. The Customer is encouraged to notify this communication in advance to the email address acetaia@aulamater.it, indicating the details of the purchase order. The purchased products must be returned to our office within 14 days from the receipt thereof, and subject to verification of the merchandise, the Company will proceed with the refund of the amounts paid as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days from the receipt of the withdrawal notice. The returned products must arrive at the office of Azienda Agricola Gabrielli Mauro intact, in their original packaging, complete in all its parts, as received by the Customer. The return of the purchased products is the responsibility and expense of the Customer in accordance with Article 67, paragraphs 3 and 4 of Legislative Decree no. 206 of 06/09/2005.
G. APPLICABLE LAW
These Sales Conditions and contracts of sale concluded through the website https://aulamater.it/ are governed by Italian law, given the EU directives (Legislative Decree 6/09/2005 no. 206 Consumer Code - Legislative Decree 9/04/2003 no. 70 - subsequent amendments and integrations). The Customer absolves Azienda Agricola Gabrielli Mauro with registered office at Via Bosco, 39 Medolla 41036 (MO), Tax Code and VAT ID no. 01078810361, from any liability related to malfunctions, interruptions of services, and performance degradation, whether or not these are due to force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, unless directly attributable to Azienda Agricola Gabrielli Mauro due to willful misconduct or gross negligence. For any dispute regarding the interpretation of these sales conditions and the commercial relationships arising from them between the Company and the Customer, the exclusive jurisdiction shall lie with the Modena Court.
